The Mortgage Process
-
Let's talk about which mortgage is right for you, how much you can borrow, and how much your monthly payments will be.
-
As a result of our extensive research, we make recommendations for you based on the best mortgage available on the market.
-
It proves that you are credit worthy and makes arranging viewings easier. Our team will assist you with this.
-
We will help you find a Solicitor/Conveyancer to begin the legal process and begin collecting your documents once you are accepted.
-
We will rerun the research to find the best deal and fully submit your application.
-
Thorough packaging of your application will assist the lender when assessing your application.
-
The lender will instruct a valuation on your new home, if you would like a more thorough assessment, we can help with this.
-
Lenders confirm that the property is valued correctly and that the loan can be obtained.
-
Our team will discuss this with you throughout the process to ensure you, your family, and home are protected. Your insurance would be applied for at this time.
-
At this point, you are committed to moving forward with the purchase, so it's important to have Home Insurance in place. You can arrange this with us at Anytime Mortgages.
-
Through regular contact with your solicitors, we will keep track of searches and raised enquiries.
We will assist your purchase along until you get the keys to the door.
How long will it take?
As a result of our initial discovery phase, we will be able to identify the most suitable mortgage for your family and you. Upon securing an Agreement in Principle from a lender, we will assist you in arranging viewings for your new home.
To speed up the offer process, we package your application effectively. As a result, all the necessary documentation should be collected in advance.
Depending on how busy the lender is and how complex the application is, it can take a while to get an offer. Meanwhile, we'll work with your solicitor to progress your purchase or remortgage along.
